Elliot's might be the biggest disappointment to my Seattle trip.

Visited with friends in the last spring and absolutely loved it! the interieur was spacious and well designed definitiw better in these covid times than most setups I have seen. we have oysters, calamari and some crab meats/cocktail pistols. I went with the fish pears for my headtree perfectly crunchy with a delightful companion sauce and impeccable shiny. overall, this is a definitiw place I would come back to if in the city again. definitiw plus points for presentation, as well.
Elliot’s oyster the house served one of the most exalted meals that my wife and I have ever enjoyed. situated in seattle's magnificent promenade and on pier 56, its terrace dining experience offers a wide view of the bay of elliot. we went around the sunset, and it was absolutely beautiful. their cocktails are top notch, the selection of fresh local oysters was amazing, the appetizers were great portions, the entrées were served classic dishes in a creative way that they seem like they never had them before, and their desserts were next level. for an extremely romantic and elevated meal at the bay can not be the best of the oyster house by elliott. I highly recommend this experience.
