Eureka! - Seattle

I've been to a few other Eureka locations in other parts of the country and this one was actually pretty memorable. Everything we ordered was excellent, no complaints!Food: 5/5

After a long day of Volleyball at UW, we ended late and tried to find a place at 9:30 pm that was still open. Luckily Eureka was open. Not many other places stay open around here. It was pretty busy but we got a table quickly. Kirby was our server. He was fun and friendly and took great care of us. We ordered the burger and chicken tenders with fries. The order came out quickly. They were good portion sizes. A great way to end our evening.

I love trying out Old fashions at different locations and Eureka had a really good one. I was surprised for how small their bar is. The bartender Quyen was amazing!! Very helpful, and super friendly !!!!

Stephen and Payton were my waiters. I come here very often. Service and food are both excellent. I recommend ordering a burger rare, their meat is very high quality.

Lovely staff, service was great. I was greeted with smiles and seated almost immediately. I loved the vibe of the restaurant very clean and felt a little more classy. 5/5 stars for service.I got the American burger and asked for medium well. I was really hungry so I demolished it, but I've eaten at other Eureka locations, and it was slightly a miss. The patty was a little burnt and overcooked so it lost its juice. Despite being overcooked, it also wasn't served hot enough for the cheese to melt. It was still very filling and I would give it another chance another day. 3/5 stars. 4/5 stars overall
