Wonderful shop! You have a viewing window for you to see the chocolate made. Several chocolates purchased as a gift. I thought I missed one and they were ready to make sure that I came to make it available to me, but I ended to find it in the bag and I made sure I called back to confirm that I found it and was no longer in. Very recommended.

Maybe if I had visited if everything was open, I would give it more stars. Nothing was open inside, the cafe area, the bathrooms were closed and even the production lines were empty, although to be fair, it was on a weekend, so maybe only on the weekdays) and only a single employee worked inside. Their selection was quite small for their flagship store and it just looked empty and disappointing. The building itself is beautiful. I would like to visit the other known chocolatiers in the Seattle area. Free parking is available on the back of the building.

I love their chocolates and I appreciate that they give us some extra pieces. It is a little strange that they often salted me caramel as a free sample after I buy 20-40 pieces of chocolate truffle. There's a reason I'm just buying chocolate. I don't like Caramel?

I Love this place a little too much. Chocolates are always so good. And the interior decor is an old school Seattle brewery. (Seattle Brewing Malting Co. Beautiful place, feels like you stepped back in time
