Now, you order on screens, the "salad" is just plain romaine lettuce, many tables are occupied by takeout orders, the front blinds are dusty, and dining in means being served in plastic to-go containers.
The sushi at this restaurant is incredibly fresh and the presentation of the bowls is beautiful. We decided to enjoy our meal at Gas Works Park for a lovely picnic, which is just a few blocks away. I highly recommend doing the same as it made for a delightful lunch. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. Overall, I would give it a 5/5 rating for the food.
This restaurant is decent, but the quality of the shirashi bowl is just okay. It wasn't the best, but it also wasn't bad. I would rate it at a medium level, giving it a 3 out of 5. Despite claiming to have fresh Wasabi, it actually came with mediocre tubed Wasabi and poorly cut Sashimi. In the picture, the green blob you see is the fake tubed Wasabi. Overall, I would rate the food quality at a 3 out of 5.
Girl at register took my order. She mistakingly charged me for a chicken katsu when I asked for two chirashis. The food came and told her this is not what I ordered. She took the food back AND charged me for another full chirashi ?. You can't make this stuff up. Awful customer service.Food: 5/5
Fremont Bowl is serving some of the best and freshest seafood in Seattle in a small unassuming package. As someone who wasn't a poke fan, I was completely won over by their food. Prepare to be pleasantly surprised!Food: 5/5
