Authentic and consistently good food and service! A generous franchise I saw helped the community during the pandemic. The price has only increased a reasonable amount, but you can always get 20% of Costco gift cards and member points. If they get back to the menu, that would be great!
This is the second time that I have placed an order at this point and when I eat back into my office, I open the bag to find that my order is incomplete / incorrect. Both times I ordered Karaage Don, the first time that the sauce was wrong. The second time (This last Friday), there was no sauce. The waiter packs the order here and then fixes the bag with 4-5 staples (What is a practice I don't like anyway, as you run the risk of getting a staple into your food). It would be expected that the person who packaged it and staggered it would at least ensure that the order is correct. Apparently this is too much to ask at this point. I have heard from other friends who run into similar problems there, with their take-out orders are incorrect / incomplete. The staff must understand how important it is to ensure that the orders are correct before giving the customer, especially when they have already spent precious time of their limited lunch break to drive there and then go back to the office. I gave them a second chance and they bleed it. I won't be back.
Ramen is pretty good, but they really suffered under the great resignation and post-COVID work ethics. The service is really bad here. It takes a long time to sit you, a long time to take your order and you can sit and be ignored at any point for 15-20 minutes. As far as the knights go, everything is pretty good. Extra noodles and an extra egg make it even better. The spicy rams are great.
This is the second time I've ordered Karaage Don from this location to-go and by the time I get back to my office to eat it, I discover there is no sauce for my karaage. The wait staff or whoever packs it up, staples the bag closed with a bunch of staples, but what's the point of doing that if you aren't even checking the order? If I didn't have to drive ten minutes each way, and find parking at both places, I'd drive back down there to give them a piece of my mind.Instead, they just lost a regular customer.
