The server was knowledgeable about which items were vegan. We tried the monetari, a plant-based version of chili cheese with impossible soil and doubanjiang, as well as the vegan cacio e pepe yakisoba noodles. Both dishes were tasty and served in just the right portion. I am excited for the official opening with a wider menu selection and cocktail choices.
