My wife and I dined at the restaurant on its first night of the soft opening. The service was friendly and professional, even though it was only the first night. The server was knowledgeable about which items were vegan. We tried the monetari, a plant-based version of chili cheese with impossible soil and doubanjiang, as well as the vegan cacio e pepe yakisoba noodles. Both dishes were tasty and served in just the right portion. I am excited for the official opening with a wider menu selection and cocktail choices.
