Sam's Mediterranean Cuisine Fresh Fruit Smoothies

Sam's Mediterranean Cuisine has shut down permanently. A banner on the window announces that a new Brazilian art cuisine restaurant called Bottego Brazil will be taking its place.

I've been here before, and the food was really good! I'm giving it two stars because I came for a pick up order from Too Good To Go scheduled between 6:30 and 7. I arrived in this time window and sams was closed.

Placed a 40 dollar order online. Waited two hours with no communication provided. Restaurant wouldn't pick up the phone when Beyond Menu called to track the order. I spoke with some guy who answered the phone with a simple hello, didn't seem to know that I had placed an order for delivery, then proceeded to tell me that if I was in a hurry that I should cancel it. Yeah, pretty ridiculous.

I met the owner, Biemnet during a Lyft trip I took the past weekend. He was super outgoing and mentioned his restaurant near my house! I recently moved to the area so was looking for good eats. Stopped by for dinner, glad to see Biemnet remembered me! I went with the chicken shawarma plate and baklava..was SUPER good!! The rice, sauce, hummus, and meat was all cooked very well!! I will definitely keep coming back and trying out different items on the menu! It's a very traditional Ethiopian place tucked away in a little corner of Queen Anne. Definitely recommend!

Ordered a Greek salad with chicken $13.99), guy asked me if I wanted Ethiopian chicken with it, and I said sure, thinking it was a different kind of chicken. After spending the whole time staring at my tits, he charged me $18 for a different dish I didn't order, no salad came with it, just a soggy 10lb mess of rice and chicken. Oh, and it was stone cold.
