Surprisingly, a nice alternative for breakfast from the Jewel Box cafe just right next door. Friends just needed someplace to gather before the matinee. Got a nice sandwich and coffee. Nothing fancy. The guy at the counter was very friendly and glad to have the business so early.
I ordered 2 meatball subs with double meat online, brought them home to rewrap for later and find out I was cheated on the meat. There should be 16 meatballs in a double order but they only gave 11 each. I won't be back and I don't suggest you waste your money here either, unless you order in person and make sure you get what you're paying for. I guess they just think it's easier to scam people who pay online.
Staff was very rude and refused to take coupons provided by the store. I worked with subway franchises for over 7 years. Never once have I turned somebody away or been rude to somebody because they had a coupon. This location should retrain all staff immediately. This is how you lose customers and I know I'm not the only one that's had this issue
Came in to buy a sandwich and had to use the restroom, the employee lied about the restroom being broken so I asked which one as there are two. The other employee then grabbed me a key and said either one works. I then come out and realize their footlongs are now 16 bucks plus tax. That paired with being lied too made me absolutely not want to be a customer here and discourage anyone else from going to this establishment. Bad experience from start to finish and another customer was turned away from using the bathroom too but I held the door open for him so he could as he had already bought a meal. Place needs new employees who are much kinder and better prices, all around bad experience. Go to any place next door and get quality food prepared by a chef for the same price.
