The Alley Korean - Seattle

Went here for the first time with a friend tonight and while the food was fine, the customer service was one of the worst I?ve experienced. When we got our bill, we were overcharged and when we requested it be fixed, we were overcharged again for an item that we didn?t order, for a price that wasn?t listed anywhere on the menu. During this, the lady was yelling at another employee and also yelling at us. Astoundingly rude and inappropriate. Ultimately we were forced to

This place is just spectacularly bad. Ordered four dishes and all of them tasted like... just really really bad. Soggy noodles, really bland and oily, just absoultely no flavor. Couldn't eat it beyond the first couple bites. Honestly don't understand how this place is staying open. Felt compelled to write the review to warn people it was that bad. :

Ngl this is actually the BEST Korean restaurant I?ve ever been to!!! Reasonable price, very friendly service. Amazing taste of food. I ordered a combo with tofu&seafood soup and some spicy pork. It was so good. Definitely will visit again!

I stumbled on this place after the restaurant I wanted to eat at was closed on Memorial Day. I had bibimbap in a hot stone bowl. It rocked! I was very pleased with all the banchan, too.

Definite a great place to stop by for a Korean fix! Definitely recommend the Silk Tofu soup for a warm getaway on a cold rainy day.
