The Matador - Seattle

I visited this restaurant for dinner on a Monday and was seated right away. The staff was attentive and well-informed. Their wine selection is impressive, and they also offer a great variety of local beers. I particularly enjoyed the excellent variety of oysters as an appetizer. For my main course, I ordered the Dungeness Crab roll, which was delicious—though I was a bit surprised by the amount of crab meat in the sandwich. The menu has a respectable range of entrees. I would definitely return to this restaurant.

If you're visiting Seattle a definite must is to check out this place. With a friend enjoyed some quality time over a few appetisers, Calamari, white fish Spread, rocket and cranberry salad and of course the ultimate oyster selection with a bottle of pinot blanc. The service was great! Thanks Rickie and fellow staff!

Oysters were all amazing and staff were friendly and professional. Dessert was also amazing (cookie with ice cream)

We ate here with our daughter and son-in-law. We shared the shuckers dozen oysters and had entrees. Very attentive service and good selection of menu items, including beers on tap.

The seafood here was very good. The salmon and trout were very fresh and tasty. The lobster bisque was salty. The ambiance was trendy and inviting. Service was alright.
