On Sunday night, the KFC we visited did not have enough chicken cooked to make an 8 piece meal, and there was no cook available. This has not been the first time we have been disappointed with this particular KFC location. It was only 6pm, and I began to wonder if this restaurant is owned by Flynn Holdings. I will definitely make a point to ask Flynn personally about this store the next time I see them. I have never been to a Flynn restaurant that was not well-managed. I am sure that within the next month, I will run into a Flynn representative, possibly even on Tuesday.
This has to be the worst run establishment I have ever seen. The mashed potatoes were like soup, there is no quality control! I keep trying to give this location a chance but even under new management it is by far the worst place in Sebastian for food!
What a freaking joke for a restaurant. Sit in drive thru line for 20 minutes finally get to the speaker only to be told they are out of almost everything. The couldn't even make a complete meals. They should have just closed untill they got their truck.Management/owners there should be ashamed in their business practices.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The chicken tenders were overcooked and cost me $38 for the meal. The mashed potatoes were burnt, with a visible area of charred bits. I would have preferred to burn the money instead of eating this meal. I suggest going to Publix for better food quality. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. If given the food for free, I would still throw it away like I did with the terrible meal I paid for.
