Deleted my review? I?m back ???? ! Save your time, they NEVER have cookies cream ice cream. It?s always the same chick who says it, too in the most sarcastic ?I?m sorry, we don?t have cookies cream.? It is a popular flavor, ask your management to order more. I used to be a manager when I saw a flavor is easily sold out, as a good employee I would request more of what my customers want. Stop giving these jobs to CHILDREN.

I normally don't get ice creams here so I normally go for the Dunkin part and get donuts and coffee.

Very unclean Dunkin! Napkins thrown everywhere and sugar packets open on the floor. I stopped with my kids to get them some ice cream and they had music playing with profanity on extremely loud. Not a child friendly location.

The restaurant got our order wrong and accused me of lying about it. They even threatened to call the police. The service was extremely rude.
