Mcdonald's - Seclin

It was cold and the staff is really but really not nice, very rude as if we disturb them

I found an ear clip in my burger!!!! I went to the McDonald of Seclin today, and on my way home, I discovered an ear clip in my burgers. I immediately called the restaurant that asked me to move to bring him back the burgers (which had not been started fortunately) We waited 10 minutes for the person in charge to come to see us, and finally she took the burgers in her office came back 10 minutes after telling us that there was no ear clips in the burger (Woefully I took pictures) she just offered us to redo one with a completely haughty tone, limit us to liars and who completely ignored us, we left without taking it Basically, we're liars who have it to go back unnecessarily. This official is completely disrespectful and clearly has no place in a public office. In short we paid a burger that we couldn’t eat and we did twice to go back for nothing. A claim will be filed and we will clearly not stay there!

If you have 1h this McDonald's is for you. Service after 50 min waiting with cold fries and bad faith from the staff who do not find us 15 min extra wait for 2 fries ... Prefer the restaurant they are faster.
