Chez Chouchoute - Sedan

Just perfect. We went by chance to this Japanese restaurant in the heart of Sedan. An unexpected stop but a very nice surprise. It is so rare to find dishes so "Japanese" in a restaurant. Usually we find the classic sushi, sashimi, see cheese brochette. Here you will find much more delicate dishes, than you will not find elsewhere, while also finding the great classics. In short, it was perfect and unexpected!! And the welcome was also perfect! The kindness of the staff and even the people of the region who say hello to you all by entering this little restaurant. We are not from the region, but no doubt we will stop again at sedan nothing but for this! We highly recommend. Thank you a thousand times and we wish you a great success L D

Meeting the detour of a walk in the city at the time of the Sedan fair. Very friendly and available person, we ate on site, fast service, very good dish and well presented, I recommend this place.

Ramen, makis, gyozas... everything is perfect. The ladies (I only know the win are attentive and smiling. Live preparation, multiple choices. to visit absolutely ... because there is the shop ... Only small way: the price. Indeed I find the note a little high (cold white riz 4 eur count 15 eur per person); note that the proportions and size of the makis, california, .. are generous and it is so good that I go back.

Are you confined? I'm back from Japan, from Chouchoute! I never went to eat in the land of the rising sun, yet I'm sure it's like what I had on my plate tonight in front of Netflix! It was delicious, generous, and authentic, thank you Chouchoute.

So let's be honest. The concept is great. The staff is really nice! I even had the drink offered. Sushi is really not too bad... The ramen! I'm sorry, but it wasn't good. I'm a ramen fana, and it was clearly not at the level. I'm looking for gyoza with shrimp in my gyoza ramen too... I don't know I call it shrimp: 'dry that's more. The noodles too cooked and fades, I didn't eat them. The eggs a little too marinated, but let's go, at least they were marinated. The broth: ultra fade. I've got a lot of miso for him to taste. Now I'm hungry. I ate an egg ten edamame 8 mini shrimp not good and a handful of menma for twelve euros...
