Sedgemoor Services Southbound M5

Northbound is pretty good, although the layout can be a bit confusing for older folks. My partner accidentally went into the Men's restroom once (silly old goose). The restrooms at the Southbound McDonald's are much better divided, and we didn't make the same mistake again. The ketchup dispenser at the Southbound location was unlimited, but the BBQ sauce dispenser was empty, which led to some complaining. Oh well, Christmas is coming soon!

Slow service while all the staff seem to be stood around chatting ..the condiment counter and bins a disgrace and full all round. Food when it arrived Luke warm with very little lettuce and no pickles on either burger ordered…last 2 times I have stopped off here it was exactly the same ..really must remember to not stop here again …

We were going along the M5, we needed a toilet, they had a toilet, it went well. As so often, it is just a little group of shops and resturants that have gone on holiday together.

Visited the disabled toilets today and was disgusted at the state of them. This was not just an issue of not being cleaned that day, I don't think they had been cleaned properly for months. The grabrails were full of grime, walls, and floor the...
