Wild Rocket Restaurant Bar - Sedgemoor

We were absolutely impressed by the incredibly tasty and well-prepared food, accompanied by the wonderful service from attentive and friendly staff. A great value and we will definitely be returning the next time we are in Bridgwater!

The restaurant is very overpriced for the quality of food. I ordered a bacon sandwich and was disappointed to receive two tiny slices of pre-cut supermarket bread instead of the expected crusty bread. My husband ordered the full English breakfast, which was also overpriced. The fried eggs were still runny on top and the sausages had a strange dark and peppery flavor, making us think they were vegetarian. Although the staff were friendly, they took a long time to take our order as they were busy chatting with the bartender. The drinks were also pricey. After seeing the lunch menu with its exorbitant prices, we decided we will not be returning to this restaurant.

During our journey to a countryside wedding, we decided to stop at this restaurant for a quick lunch. The overall experience was unremarkable, but I did enjoy the soup of the day, despite it being overly salty. The bread was a pleasant surprise, however.

Fantastic place with amazing food, drink and staff! We came down to Somerset for the weekend for a wedding and the brides family recommended Wild Rocket for our second night we were not disappointed. The restaurant is clean, modern, spacious and stylish. The food is INCREDIBLE. Every single thing that came from the kitchen looked delicious. The cocktails are also beautiful. Staff are so friendly and go above and beyond to make sure your smiling and laughing etc. Was nice to hear the music and chat coming from the kitchen. The chefs deserve a sing song when busy cooking such delicious food. The chefs were very friendly and happy to say hello as well. If you’re in Bridgwater….you must check this stunning restaurant out. The only negative is that it’s about 4/5 hours away from where we live….as we want to come back!! Thank you for a lovely evening! x

This is an excellent restaurant at any time for any meal be it breakfast lunch or dinner, the staff are so helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble. Last night we hired the venue for a private wedding celebration we had an incredible evening, the food was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond to make it a night to remember. I would throughly recommend the restaurant for both a lovely meal or for a private function.
