Hungry Jack's Burgers Sefton Park

Absolutely filthy play area outside. Floors haven’t been cleaned in too long. Very disappointed I brought my kids here to play and to cleanliness is a let down. We won’t be coming back

Usually get a well constructed burger here. Drive thru speaker box is too close to the main road and very noisy, hard to hear and the staff yelling 'what? ' at you is a bit poor.

I ordered a Whopper Cheese meal, but it didn't come with the right sauce—just tomato sauce, which ended up all over the burger and was kind of off-putting. Additionally, the lettuce was brown. It would be great if the staff could focus on preparing the meals properly instead of rushing through orders. Listening to what customers ask for would really improve the experience.

Oh my gosh! I visited the drive-in and placed my order, asking to go straight to the window to give it to a guy who seemed efficient. But I was mistaken! When I got home, I discovered that something was missing. I clearly and slowly asked for eggs, sausage, bacon, and cheese (a small meal), but there was NO sausage! I called them back, and the staff member told me to return so they could fix it. Do you really think I will? There’s no way I’m going back!

I waited over 5 minutes at the counter to be served. The food arrived reasonably quickly afterward, but by the time I got home just around the corner, it was stone cold. It's hard to understand how, during a busy time like 7:30 PM, the chips and burgers could come out cold after ordering at the counter.
