Contribuisci feedbackIf you're looking to actually receive what you ordered in a timely manner and enjoy your meal with others at your table, I recommend avoiding this place. The experience was shocking and appalling, marked by rude service. Ratings: Rooms: 1, Service: 1, Location: 2.
The food was served very cold, and I won't be returning. Service: 2/5.
I went in for a meal at 2:30 PM and noticed many empty tables, but not a single one had been cleaned since their last customers left. I had to sit at a table that still had napkins and cutlery from the previous diners. When I ordered my food, I was informed it would take an hour to arrive, despite the restaurant being only a quarter full. When the food finally came, the portions were small and the taste was quite average. The staff were not particularly friendly either. It's such a pity, as this used to be a fantastic place to eat with the kids.
The standard for what you pay for is horrific. The staff are so unpleasant. One member of staff male with his hair tied back. Arrogant, potentially first or second shift, so understandable why he was taking so long, but never once said sorry I’m new. Waited for about 5 minutes whilst he tapped the screens for some water. Of which is the biggest joke of it all. 2 bottles of water £4.60 Fair enough it’s a hotel restaurant, but not even 500ml they were 330ml water £2.30 each.
The play area is perfect for my little one and the food is amazing, however they did run out of certain foods on the Sunday carvery. But all together good. Service: 4 Location: 4 Hotel highlights: Kid-friendly
