Review of the TNT relay point service! Run! Opening times are different from those on the TNT site or even found on Google or even posted at the bar entrance. So for a parcel that had to arrive the next day to the recipient it took longer despite the payment of a surplus to send in 24h) On the day I deposited my package... there no one seemed to be informed that it was TNT relay point ... good She scanned all bar codes before finding the right....that I should have had the chip in the ear and run away that relay point! In the end she delivered my TNT package to the WORLD RELAY pounder ... my package took 17 days to be found and delivered to my recipient.... Originally scheduled for a 24h dispatch!!! I learned one thing from this unfortunate experience... not to give a perso package in this story it was a pro and urgent package) to a provider dipped at 10am. Time to see again.

Relay package absolutely NUL!! does not respect the days or hours of opening ..No respect of the customer. Very bad advertising for Global Relais , Especially do not choose this place for your packages . Must put a star to publish!? Perso nellement I won't have attributed any!

To escape urgently!!! Having chosen the Vertigo as a parcel removal point via Global Relay, impossible to recover the parcel that has yet been received by the Vertigo (confirmed by the Global Relay), my parcel was finally declared lost after mult contacts with the customer service. Was it stolen??

I'm not used to manifest my discontent. I'm ordering parts that I deliver to the vertigo. I'm going. A blonde lady who seems to me to be the boss tells me that the person comes back in 1/2 hour. I'm waiting. After half an hour, I go back. She tells me 3/4 an hour... I don't expect to leave, because in fact she doesn't know when she comes back. The boss who holds a bar and not a multinational could have picked up the package rather than sipping a drink with his 'pots'. Some days later I go back to the end of the normal opening hours, and there I find a door close. In short, don't worry.

It’s been more than a month since I come to get my parcel back it’s closed doesn’t respond to that and in view of the reviews I understand the problem, an alcoholic has a bar it’s not good mix
