Espaço fresco e organizado com acesso à esplanada. A comida era ótima e bem confecionada.

Excelente robalo e dourada grelhada. Porém, qualquer acompanhamento é pago à parte, o que torna o valor um pouco excessivo. O serviço é que mais decepcionou: depois de muito pedir e embora houvesse mesas vagas na esplanada, lá nos concederam uma. Percebendo a razão da reticência (estávamos sentados numa mesa com outra junta, o que permitiria sentar mais um casal , de imediato a disponibilizámos. Contudo, não só não agradeceram como atenderam primeiro esse casal (que, por acaso , não era Português... , tendo de ser nós a pedir o menu. Dificilmente será para regressar.

We ate here because a lot of restaurants are closed on Sunday. I ordered vegetable soup which had a weird taste and came lukewarm which i didn't finish . My husband was only half way through his starter when the main course arrived! The staff were pleasant and attentive enough but we didn't feel the need to return.

We really liked this place and couldn't relate to the reviews we had read on TripAdvisor , think it has been refurbished and must have new staff as well as we found the service friendly and efficient. There was no uncalled for upselling and the covers were clearly marked on the menu as extra items , same for side dishes. We liked it so much we ate here twice . First time had lamb chops which were to die for mint sauce was a bit weird) and my partner had garlic prawns which she says was one of the best things she eat in Tavira. Second time around had a grilled seabass which was magnificent and partner had the prawns again. Great wine to accompany meal. Ignore all the negative comments about this and give it a go , not the only people to think this as it was pretty busy on both occasions including a good sprinkling of locals ... always a good sign

This is why we came to Portugal to sit on a quayside in evening sunshine and enjoy wonderful fresh fish accompanied by quality wine .To get all this at a price dramatically less than we’d pay at home just capped it off .With pleasant and courteous service from first to last , we whole heartedly recommend dining here
