I ordered online to pick up at the store when I went to the manager, told me I had to pick up the ride. When I picked up the tub, I waited 30 minutes for the speaker. I said the guy I ordered online, he checked and told me the order was there. When I came to the pick-up window, I've been waiting for 40 minutes. The manager talked to the staff, they didn't realize I was in the pick-up window. You, the manager had a meeting with all staff. It took 5 minutes to confirm my order. I do not reinstate this place that management changes from bad to the worst new management.
What happened to the size of the chicken? The wing they sent is so small that he has no meat. The thigh is also small and mostly bread. I didn't eat here in a few months, but I can't imagine that much of a change in size since then.
The girl in the window almost didn't give me the cookies that came with my order. The guy who took my order did not seem to understand what I said, but I let it go (I am the son of an immigrants himself). But I came home to find that instead of replacing wings for additional drum sticks, I found that ALL they gave me were wings and drum sticks. No thigh or animal meat. I paid $40 for eating a glorified child!
My husband asked if I'd pick up Popeyes. I was pleasantly surprised that I didn't have to wait in a car-duration line, the staff was pleasant, and my food order was right! That was my first time the chicken sandwich and it was delicious. The plant should be rebuilt or cleaned deep.
Best. Chicken. Sandwich. They're so good, they frequently sell out. But we were lucky to get some!! Fast and friendly just like a southern-themed place should be. Was delicious. Will be here again!!
