Royal Farms - Severn

I normally love this location and the chicken. Here of late I seem to keep running into the older bitter female associate. It seems like every time I come in she is having a bad day and tonight was no different. She always makes me feel like I am bothering here to get my order. I love the chicken but hate her attitude. They are building a new royal farms that just a little bit further from me but if I experience her terrible attitude and customer service one more time it seems ill be making the extra drive to get my chicken because this location will no longer be my go to place. Ive seen her be rude or dismissive to customers but also other associates. I refuse to feel like I am a nuisance and give you my money too.

Generally the chicken is pretty good but some of the employees are worthless. I ordered hash browns and a chicken n biscuit. I got 2 wet hashbrowns and a cold piece of chicken on a hamburger bun. The large lady that serves chicken should be fired. It's Sunday at 9am. That's a pretty typical breakfast time...

The only reason I'm giving this place a star is because there's no option for zero. The woman preparing the food was incredibly rude. After she had a visible argument with the customer before us, we received only half of our order—a couple of small boxes of fries. My husband pointed out that we were missing two chicken sandwiches, and she just rudely gestured to the far end of the counter, indicating we needed to pick up our wraps from there. She then started shouting and slamming things together to prepare our wraps, eventually throwing them at me over the counter. When I bit into my wrap, I discovered it was filled with bones! I'm going to try to post a picture. Be cautious and check the server’s mood before you order; it might just save you from a bad experience.

If you want me to handle my own items, you should consider lowering your prices. It's clear that you're not compensating your employees properly anymore.
