The arctic char was the standout dish, while half of the rack of lamb was tough and the other half was tender for unknown reasons. The highlight of our evening was our wonderful waitress, Samantha. She was polite, funny, and incredibly professional. Most importantly, she was genuine. Samantha is a valuable asset to the restaurant and deserves recognition for her outstanding service.
We had a pleasant lunch on a quiet rainy day with only 3 tables occupied. The service was excellent and the food was usually good. The butternut squash soup was very tasty, thick, and slightly tangy. The Singapore shrimp power bowl was delicious and quite spicy. The Cobb Steak salad was large, but the strip loin steak was tough and slightly undercooked despite being ordered medium. The restaurant has a beautiful waterfront ambiance. The prices are on the higher side, as expected for a resort restaurant.
The restaurant offers a stunning waterfront view and exceptional, friendly service. We enjoyed the pickerel and the chicken pie, both of which were delicious.
We had dinner here while we saw a beautiful sunset. I have ordered. my man had pickering. both were very good. the prices were not exaggerated. at the suggestion of our waitress we had brotpudding for dessert
Given the wonderful Rawley Resort reviews, we decided to drop into the restaurant for a late lunch and we both ordered the burger and the soup of the day. We were extremely disappointed to receive overcooked, tough burgers (which definitely had the appearance of frozen...burgers) and found the cream of broccoli soup to be very thin and extremely salty. We advised our server who apologized and said she’d let the kitchen know. There was no follow up with us and in retrospect, we should have sent both meals back and found another establishment.
