Huddle House - Seville

I had been eyeing this restaurant for a while since it had good reviews, so I decided to give it a try. I have been living in Seville for the past 3 years and have visited this restaurant regularly. It seems like they have hired some new employees recently. Although my last visit was not the best, the food has always been good here. I particularly enjoy their eggs, which are of high quality. As a chicken owner who gets my own eggs, I find it hard to compare egg quality, but the eggs at this restaurant are pretty good.

We had a great experience at this restaurant with a new waitress and cook, Morgan. Despite being new, both the service and the food were excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and the restaurant was spotlessly clean.

We stopped at this diner on our way back to Indiana and it had the best atmosphere and food. It's just a shame that it's located 4 hours away from our home.

Great and friendly service. Lots to choose from although not a lot of healthy choices. Got the grilled chicken sandwich and it was awesome
