I went back the next day and got the same 2 things.... same issue with the blizzards... reluctantly, the girl offered to personally remake it but I gave up... 2 stars this time

We visit this DQ every time we pass this exit for business or pleasure. On Mother's Day we stopped to get our routine treat with a boat in tow. It was pouring rain, and while we would've used the drive thru, it's not practical to do so with a boat. My GF went inside with mask on to place our order but were turned away. Staff consulted each other and advised that our only option was to walk through the drive thru and place our order in the pouring rain. Lobby was for cake pick up only. So apparently some are allowed in but not all. Rather than tear up the boat or the drive thru or get stuck, we decided to leave rather than stand in the pouring rain at 38 degrees. Will be locating a different dessert establishment in the future. Bu-bye!

This bad review isn't because of the food, our food was amazing. My boyfriend and I stopped here on our way back to Columbus. The cashier, Becky was very rude. We thought it was just to us, but she was rude to others as well. Very disappointed and and will not be back.

It's Dairy Queen. Nothing great, but nothing wrong with it either. Good ice cream and the service is acceptable.

Was very disappointed tonight. My husband has always received a military discount at this location. Tonight when he asked for it we were told they only honor it if you are in uniform! No respect for the veterans anymore! And then my food wasn 't all that warm. I ordered a chicken strip basket and it was luke warm. And the toasted bread you get with it wasn 't even toasted. It was a cold piece of bread with some butter slapped on it. The employees were not very friendly. They were getting orders of ice cream cones and just lining them up on the counter. Didn 't even hand it to the customers personally. Just set it there and then people were looking at each other as if to say is that one mine or yours? Very disappointed.
