Contribuisci feedbackI have to say that this Krystal's location in Jacksonville is truly the best! Every time I order from here, the staff are friendly, professional, and just perfect. Tonight, I ordered from Anthony and I have to say he deserves a raise in pay - in fact, I believe he should own his own franchise! He is one of the best employees you have. Keep up the great work, Anthony, and I know you will go far! Thank you for being such a caring and amazing person.
The staff member was unfriendly and we were charged for chili cheese tots but received cheese fries instead. This was our third visit to this Krystals and due to the incorrect orders and poor attitude, we will not be coming back.
