Contribuisci feedbackI visited the buffet for $9 on Sunday at around 5:30 PM to celebrate my grandmother's birthday with a group of 10. Unfortunately, there was no chicken or cookies available, and the rest of the food looked like it had been sitting there since the restaurant opened. About 5:45 PM, another customer asked if the buffet would be restocked, and it seemed he was the only one who did. He even requested a refund. We ended up waiting until around 6 PM, when Cydra, who I believe is the manager, came in from behind and refreshed the buffet. Within 10-15 minutes, she had replaced the food, not just for the buffet but also for the drive-thru and the front as well. If it weren't for Cydra stepping in, we likely would have left and rated KFC only two stars. Thank you, Cydra!
