Taco Bell - Sharpsburg

The staff was friendly, the place was clean. The food was great and HOT! My only complaint is the soda machine in the lobby had no ice cream and half of the soda was not available. The soda was flat and warm.

Holy cow! So how does a fast food place rate five stars? It's always about customer service. Come on, it's Taco Bell, so you know what you can expect, and usually consistent. Good food and better than your typical tex-mex restaurant. What did this place earn five stars? Your great service! A nice, friendly staff works for us every time. All earn raises!

Sunday, 26. June 2022. 12:15. We waited for order for 20 minutes. Why? Because it literally worked 1 lady!! She was wounded! We placed our order and moved around to pick up and asked if it works alone. Yes, she answered! Bless her heart! She was polite and professional. This lady is great. We didn't get her name, but we told her we appreciate her!

I ordered Nacho Fries Box and ordered extra Taco and Nacho fry. So the order came to $10.88. So I said I could also have another Nacho Fris box and pay only difference for drinking and Burrito. The guy said he had to talk to manager. I heard the manager screamed cashier and said what she wants. The guy looked like his feelings were hurt and he said we're just drinking and burrito and don't worry about difference. I said thank you. The food was hot and fresh. Management was very rude and unprofessional.
