Arby's - Shawano

Fast, friendly, and delicious! The staff during lunch hour was overwhelmed, yet they remained quick and cheerful throughout the service.

The gyro sandwich was not good; I didn't enjoy it at all.

Excellent service! The woman managing the drive-thru is consistently very friendly, making it a much better experience than other fast food locations in Shawano.

Arby's definitely offers above-average fast food. I was pleasantly surprised by the spicy fish sandwich, which had just the right amount of heat. Although the fish fillet was clearly cooked from frozen, it was still hot, crispy, and well-prepared. The two fish for $6 deal is likely enough to satisfy most people. Of course, the Bratbeef is always delicious, especially with plenty of horsey sauce. I would recommend sticking with the curly fries, as the newer fries weren't crispy enough or very hot. The staff was friendly, and my order was prepared quickly. The tables and floor were cleaner than during my last visit, but the lobby could still use a bit more attention. Since they "HAVE THE MEATS," I will definitely return.
