Perkins Bakery - Shawano

I’m visiting from Florida with a friend who’s in town for a few days, and I wanted to express how meaningful it is to see the flag in front of Perkins flying at half-staff in honor of the victims in Orlando. It truly touches my heart!

The staff was incredibly friendly, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious—the Shrimp Cheesy Grits were a standout! The restaurant had a nice warm atmosphere, which allowed me to take off my coat while I dined. Lately, I've encountered some restaurants that are just too cold. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our meals.

Thank you for the complimentary breakfast for veterans and the special birthday breakfast for my daughter! It really made our Memorial Day start off wonderfully!

We had a big party and I really want to say that I appreciate our server, I think his name was 'Scott' I can't remember, but he was absolutely the best, nice and patient with us. The food was absolutely wonderful, I really enjoyed my French toast. The restaurant is very clean and well maintained.

Had a good meal here with the grandparents, the wait staff was nice. Could've been a little bit on top of things like correct drink orders and extras. They are shorthanded so it's understandable. Good was very good tho being able to read the calories and make an informed decision was a nice change of pace.
