Was order an entree, but our appetizers hadn’t come yet. Turns out we weren’t getting our appetizers at all because no hot food in the kitchen. No ovens. Being worked on, but neglected to tell us when we first arrived and when we placed order and waited. Already had the wine so ordered something else because we were starved- mock turtle soup and I got a chicken burrito x tree tiny pieces of chicken. Starving so got three desserts- key lime pie , crème brûlée and carrot cake- nothing fresh, in fact the cake and pie were hard as rocks- frozen I guess. Unfriendly unhelpful server. Disappointed. Cute digs, but don’t bother going to eat anything good- $80 and stopped on the way home to get some food.
Funky decor! Excellent local cuisine and food at an affordable price. Games galore!
Our food was phenomenal! We enjoyed the Lobster Quadrille which was richly flavored, but not too intense, so we all savored it to the very last spoonful! Our service was top notch! Thank you Michelle! This quaint little spot so visually interesting to boot!Dietary restrictions: Many Gluten free options.
The decoration of this restaurant is very special, the owner used a lot of nostalgic items to decorate. The atmosphere is great. But the quality of the food is very average. The seafood chowder we ordered was very watery, not thick at all. We also ordered BBQ chicken nachos with no chicken on it, just very little cheese and a small amount of BBQ sauce, and the nachos were not crispy or even a little soft. The rest of the food was bland and not hot. If you are looking for the atmosphere, this is a restaurant worth trying, but for the food, I think it needs to be reconsidered.
Just came home from dinner at one of the most unique restaurants I’ve eaten at. It’s certainly a feast for the eyes! There isn’t a bare wall in the place, so much to look at. While waiting for your meal, there’s games galore to pass the time! So fun! Our meals were really good. The vegan balsamic and tomato-garlic pasta was full of flavour and my husband’s lobster club was also delicious according to him. We will be back soon for dessert and coffee : yum!Vegetarian options: Some selections can be made vegan or gluten free, when stated on the menu.Parking: Parking is in the back of the building.
