Taco Bell - Shelbyville

Last time I ordered from this special Taco bell that they have completely messed up my order and I don't think they forget a simple thing too. manager says they can't refund money from mobile articles, so they avoid it like the plague. I owe the manager not to make sure that their employees can read English and follow simple instructions.

They were lazy when they wanted to watch the menu. all 10 seconds they would ask, they are ready to order. that's in the tram.

The night shift is very lazy and does not listen. I ordered a double fleshy borito and two cheesey roll-ups. only one unwinder had been in it. and the bark had only flesh, a tiny piece of rice and barely looked or cheese and not a crispy that should be in it. I also told them hot soak twice and they haven't put in the bag yet. very disappointed by the night team.

The portion sizes at this restaurant are very small, especially considering the price of the meal. The tacos and nachos were not very filling. I recommend sticking to the dollar menu and avoiding the overpriced meal offers. The drive-thru was busy, but moved quickly, and the cashier was very friendly.

Usually really good fast service. but I went there this morning and the two guys inside literally hid behind the counter, because after waiting in the drive thru for a while I just decided to pull through, and saw them walk oit the front door laughing ?? like what, really annoying
