I had no idea Shelbyville had a healthy smoothie spot! I was pleasantly surprised to discover this place and meet Miss Rose! I shared my health concerns and what I was seeking, and she was incredibly knowledgeable in helping me select the perfect meal replacement shake. I highly recommend this place—10 out of 10! The peanut butter pie shake is absolutely delicious! Thank you, Rose! I will definitely be returning!

I had a drink from this place and it kept me energized all day long. The flavor was fantastic and the drink was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be returning to try more of their offerings!

My daughters and I love going here. It’s nice to have a healthier option for drinks and so many different flavors! I highly recommend stopping by and trying a bubble tea! Their meal replacement shakes are good too.
