Contribuisci feedbackWe waited in line for a long time while they prioritized online orders over in-person customers. They need to consider the customers who are physically present at the restaurant. We were disappointed to find that this is a common occurrence and we are not the only ones who have experienced this frustration.
The staff at the restaurant were rude and dismissive when I visited.
I had a great experience at Subway Shellharbour. Despite being very busy, Amy was very polite and efficient in taking my order. The food was also great and made to perfection. I applaud Subway Shellharbour for their exceptional service even under busy conditions.
One of the workers didn't ask me if i wanted source she was also verry rude
I dont order anymore. I just cant justify thier continuous price rises and less and less ingredients. I looked today and the sub on the board was for a Customer service is usually alright but for me its just really about not getting what your paying for.
