They were quite adamant about placing us at the back of the line when it was our turn to be seated, which felt a bit off. When our time arrived, the staff member pointedly remarked that I hadn’t been looking at the menu, as if that was a significant issue. It felt strange, almost as if I wasn't allowed to take a moment to look around. If I had been handling things, I could understand a concern, but being reprimanded for merely observing was odd. On a brighter note, the rest of the staff were very welcoming, and the food was absolutely fantastic!
The staff is friendly and accommodating. The store showcases beautifully designed displays, and there’s a charming café with outdoor seating in the garden. Although I didn't eat there this time, the aromas were highly enticing—I will definitely make sure to try it on my next visit!
This venue provides a delightful atmosphere for both shopping and dining. The café and food selections are quite impressive, and the variety of brands available in the shops is exceptional. Kilver has consistently upheld this high standard, especially with its original Mulberry factory outlet that draws visitors to its remote location. However, prices can be on the higher side for an outlet, so shoppers should be prepared to potentially leave without making a purchase. The discounts here are not as enticing as those found at Bicester Village for premium and luxury items, nor do they match the quality offerings at Clarks Village. Nonetheless, it’s worth a visit for a lovely morning or afternoon, and if you look closely, you might just find a great deal!
