Kfc - Sherman

I ordered a chicken stew flour, but ended up with a spicy chicken strip flour instead. The keks was tough, except for the part that was soaked in the spicy sauce. We didn’t notice the mistake in time to fix the order, even though we provided our number multiple times upon entry. Everything we received was processed and impersonal. They didn’t acknowledge our name or number at all. We also tried them last year, and our order was incorrect then too. This was supposed to be their last chance to make things right, but they failed. It’s the worst place in the Sherman/Denison area.

The menus are usually not ready, and we had to wait between 10 to 20 minutes. This happened during our visits to three different restaurants.

I found this KFC location to be quite convenient, as it's typically less busy an hour before peak times. However, the staff seems to be unmotivated and doesn't keep the area clean. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here was frustrating. The employees were rude, unpredictable, and unprofessional.

Worst experience of my life at a fast eating place. they were made of pommes, chickens, chickens.

Went to get lunch for my crew. The women behind the window were obnoxious and rude!! I could hear them speaking poorly about me, the customer. They didn’t have any of the drinks I ordered… I would not eat here, unless you want to be treated like a joke by the staff. Terrible service!!! And don’t even get me started on the food….
