Logan's Roadhouse - Sherman

We took a group of school archers to Logan's. Called in advance for reservations. With the help of the amazing staff and management everything was executed with precision. The food and service was was fantastic. I ordered my food separately and my steak was cooked to perfection. This place was definitely one of my favorites. Well done guys, thanks again.

Not horrible..food was good waitress was nice but kinda messed up on our food...

The food was excellent. The service was horrendous. My husband had to self serve our refill on tea. The manager filled the glasses and handed them back to him with no apology or offer to bring them to the table. The waitress took our order quickly, but didn't return until later to give us our meal. She was much more attentive when it came time to pay the bill giving us maybe a minute or two between checking on us. I had the salmon on a plank which was cooked well. I would definitely order it again, if I go back. My husband's steak was excellent also. We had quit going to Logan's previously due to poor service and on Friday we returned and were excited to see a very attentive wait staff. Tonight though, Logan's was back to their old ways.

Appetizers came out 2 minutes before the meal. My Caesar salad has way to much dressing on it you can't taste anything else.

First, we waited for someone to greet us at the front entry.....took a while. Once seated we had to brush the food off our seat. It took approximately 10 minutes for our waitress to show up and get drink order and appetizer which we ordered. It took about another 20 minutes to get mozzarella sticks.....which took an additional 5 minutes to start on because we had no silverware! I had to go ask for silverware since our waitress had disappeared (and it was a very slow Monday night). The next guy I asked for silverware took about 5 minutes to go and find some since there were none made by the front door. Later, our meals finally came and my wife's salad had no dressing.......so we waited and waited about another 10 minutes to finally get a different waitress to go get us some dressing. Food not so great and not so hot either! Our waitress was terribly trained and the saddest thing was that she was training someone else to be like her! Not so good Logan's! Also, some random guy (maybe employee off the clock) was being loud and playing in the kitchen. Very unprofessional!
