Contribuisci feedbackThe staff at Panda Express was short during my visit, but Jay stood out as one of the friendliest people I encountered. Jay and her team did an amazing job!
The person who took my order was incredibly nice and attentive. He personally informed me about the peanuts in my meal, which I appreciated since I enjoy peanuts—but it’s great for those with allergies to have that information. I also didn’t have to ask for a fork, which has been a rare experience for me lately. The food tasted fantastic and was well-prepared, and the restaurant was very clean. However, there was one part that felt a bit unsanitary. I wanted to dine inside, but the indoor atmosphere was just as unappealing as the outdoor one.
I must admit that I was a bit rude to the manager, Reina, during a phone conversation about a missing item. She handled the situation with utmost professionalism and politeness. When I later saw her in person, I apologized, and she continued to be very professional. Even though an item was missing (Reina took care of replacing it), I'm still giving a 5-star rating because of their positive attitude and willingness to understand.
Not bad! Great, but I give only 4 stars because all they want to do is give you a bunch of rice and small amounts on the rice of your duck is cheap. For the price you should definitely get more for your money on the duck I don't know why it stingy all the pandas that I was are in this way
Wasn't too busy when we visited. After maybe ten minutes it got busier and the line still moved rather quickly so no one was waiting too long. Employees were nice. We were helped rather quickly and our food was delicious.
