Sage Cafe - Sherman

I opted for the chicken salad sandwich on wheat, while my dining companion chose the brisket grilled cheese. Both sandwiches were quite sizable and satisfying. You're able to choose from house-made kettle chips, in-house French fries, potato salad, or a fruit cup as a side. We went with the kettle chips and fries, and the portions were generous! The food was fresh and tasty, and despite the restaurant being at capacity, we received our meals in under 30 minutes after our appetizer. While we stuck to sandwiches, there’s a full menu featuring salads and entrees that looks worth exploring. The staff was polite and knowledgeable, and the decor was eclectic yet clean and modern. While the noise level was high, it was manageable. Overall, I believe this restaurant is exactly what Sherman needs more of—good, straightforward dishes made with quality ingredients and prepared to order. We will definitely be returning! I absolutely love SAGE!
