Kfc - Sherwood Park

This location seems to think that the sauce packets provided with their popcorn chicken are akin to Gold nuggets. I was given no sauce packets on a to-go order. When I asked for some, I was given two. When I asked for two more I was told that they could not possibly give any more sauce. This is the ONLY Kentucky Fried Chicken store that does this.Given the problems with the staff at this location, I would highly advise people to go elsewhere for their chicken, including one of the other KFCs in Sherwood Park. I am told that the same owner owns all of them, so if the other KFCs start treating sauce like its Gold, the other KFCs will lose my business permanently. I would rather drive to the city than be treated badly for asking for 10 cents of additional sauce for my chicken.I also concur with the other poster on the Gravy that ALL the Sherwood Park locations serve. The reason is that none of them serve crackling gravy . This is gravy that is made with the drippings of the chicken when it is cooked. The only location close to Sherwood Park that serves crackling gravy is 50st and Baseline Road. I can only assume that the No Crackling Gravy is also the result of being owned by the same owner or possibly managed by the same manager somehow.This review is intended to relay facts as I see them, not to bash anyone in particular as that helps no one. The chiken is so greasy and look old dry chicken and it seems that they cook it in old oil. You can see it clearly in the box that they used old oil the color is darkbrownish. And the macaroni is awful, I regret going there. I just wasted my money we just have a bite and throw it out. Location KFC wye road sherwood park.

Chicken was good, potato salad was uncooked and runny, should have never been served with a lunch. Staff was friendly.

Waited 35 minutes for our order because we wanted two chicken breasts. Tried to give us smaller order of fries and gravy. Pretty disorganized.

Chicken very dry, gravy no flavor.Will not be returning to this location.
