Bon Asian Cafe - Shreveport

I usually don't like to write negative reviews, but I do not recommend ordering online from this restaurant. If you don't receive your food, they may argue with you. I personally did not receive my bacon fried rice. I went to the restaurant in person to inquire about my missing item, and was initially told it was in the bag. After I insisted that it was not, the employee laughed and said he had already sent it. I decided to just leave without the missing item. Good customer service is crucial in the restaurant industry. If the staff is unable to provide a satisfactory experience, they should consider hiring someone who can.

I visited this restaurant on a Saturday around 1 o'clock and received excellent service. It wasn't very crowded, so my food arrived quickly. I enjoyed the miso soup and salmon avocado roll, both of which were fresh and flavorful. I also had the ramen, which had a delicious broth and plenty of noodles and add-ons. I would give this restaurant a rating of 10 out of 5 stars.

I don't want the dish with extra shrimp, so I'll pass on it. However, the cashier provided good service inside the restaurant.

Excellent! Delicious sushi, Teriyaki dishes. Super clean place and friendly staff. Very good price! Had a wonderful time...

Operators were very nice for my family of 5. The food was tasted quickly and well. Dishes range between the $9-$13 range. Friday night at 6:00 and it wasn't busy.
