Burger King - Shreveport

This is the worst place I have ever seen. The Employees are rude and have no concept of costomer service. I have tried 3 times to eat at this Burger King, each time I was treated as if I was a not even there. or when they did take my order. I felt as if i was getting them from something more important. Burger King Train your employees or fire them.

The food was really good and hot this time. And the staff was very friendly and professional. This use to be the Burger King, I would avoid even if it is closest to me because the staff was rude and waiting long only to get cold food, but this time my experience was very good. Keep it BK!!!

Boyy, that Whopper and our Fritten were so damn good and hot that we stopped there on the way to New Orleans that Whopper was done exactly as we like... Thanks to the late night chic who worked. Thank you.

Got my food quick. First guy on speaker was awesome, other lady seemed to be rushing him off but it's ok. Only thing is, not sure if the lettuce had come right out the cooler or what but my burger was cold. That was disappointing but it was still delicious. Had to eat it since we weren't stopping for another hour. Looked clean in there. Parking lot definitely was clean. There weren't any bad attitudes either.
