Cicis - Shreveport

We arrived at 9 PM, and there were four of us. There were about 15 people waiting and 4 people already eating. The cashier processed everyone quickly. By the time we sat down, the pizza was already finished. However, within 10 minutes, they had four fresh pizzas ready. In just 20 minutes, they had produced ten pizzas! They were clearly busy with customers, but they managed to bounce back quickly. The staff was friendly, and the place was surprisingly clean given the high volume of people being served in such a short time.

This is undoubtedly the dirtiest place I've ever visited. It appears that it hasn't been cleaned in ages. The pizza was decent, but the atmosphere was quite off-putting.

Was very fast. eating came fresh, but then came a guy who came over his head with a washcloth, went back to where they prepare pizzas. he starts to screw up with his headphones and touch his mouth, not even his hands washed. disgusting! management is present, but nothing has been addressed.

Greetings were before place, but management has a very bad height. we have ordered a large pizza, but no one has told us that we can't eat the pizza inside. my wife gave a couple of tellers to eat and the manager went crazy. it was 9 or 9:30. has not received their names. she was short white or hispanic female. never eat again!

We had horrible experience. Manager said they couldn't make a pizza we requested. They're open late we dined in around 8 830. They were already wiping down the line with people still eating. What was on the line had been there a good minute because the crust was already tough to even eat. Very disappointed.
