Dillas Quesadillas - Shreveport

Visit of san antonio and asked me if I could find something as authentic as my favorite Mexican food. what a Jewel I found at dilla’s quesadillas! it is rare to find a restaurant that comes up with fresh food instead of being preset. everything was fresh, service was fast, friendly staff ready to use. we really enjoyed the brisket lonestar, but the marinated mushrooms in the veggie quesadilla called bluebonnet and it was such a delightful surprise! keep them the great customer service and take the time to get really consistent fresh food. also really enjoyed hearing the passion for this company of john in management that took my call. my new fav.

We love Dillas!! We come every time we are in town from south Louisiana. We came today, on their first birthday! The employees are friendly, the food is amazing and you get it fast, and it’s reasonably priced! Please bring one to BR and Nola soon.

Today wasn't the best for Dillas, but a couple of things did go well. I signed up for to be a Dillas Diehards member to get some great food free, but my order wasn't filled correctly, so I had to turn around to go get the food items that were left out of my bag. The food quality was good though and the worker apologized for the omission
