Fumblebrewski - Shreveport

I discovered a real hidden gem! I've lived in the area for years and just recently came across this place. Fumbles offers delicious food and has a friendly staff. The only downside was that I wasn't able to choose how my burger was cooked. I highly recommend this spot to anyone seeking a laid-back bar and grill with great food.

Absolutely no flavor and a greasy disaster. The cashier claimed it was sauce, but what I received was definitely just grease. The taste was far from Buffalo; it was primarily just grease. On top of that, I was served old gator tots and leftover fry bits that had clearly been sitting at the bottom of the fryer, all dumped onto my plate. It was disgusting, and I have no intention of returning. This was my first and last visit!

For me, the overall experience was just average. Nothing particularly special stood out. We started with the cheesesticks, which were simply bland, breaded cheese served with ice-cold marinara and ranch. My husband ordered a burger, which he enjoyed, though it's hard to go wrong with a burger. The fries tasted like something you could easily make at home from the freezer section. The onion rings were greasy to the point of dripping after a bite. There was no seasoning to speak of, just an abundance of grease. I had the wings, which were okay; I generally prefer the flats over the drums, but unfortunately, there was only one flat piece. The wings were a bit soggy, and I like my fried wings to be crispy. Overall, the food was decent, but it’s not a place we're eager to return to.

This is my favorite go to place. The food is fantastic. All the sauces are made from scratch and the beer is literally ice cold. Staff is friendly. The place has a small town local vibe.

Apparently the name has changed. It was Fumblebrewskies and now its Fumbles. I am reposting my review for what I thought was Fumblebrewskies here. Fumble-oh-my-god-what happened-brewskis. That 's what they should rename it. Looks like either the chef died or ownership has changed. Menu has been reduced to basic bar comfort food. The menu is probably 1/3 the size of its former self. Your shoes stick to the floor as soon as you walk in the door. The hamburgers were over cooked. Onion rings had enough grease to lube your car. The meat for the Taco salad was cold and again, over cooked. Goodbye Fumblebrewskis.
