Mcdonald's - Shreveport

The staff could benefit from more training. The Royal Burger was just okay. However, the vanilla shake was excellent. The straw kept bending easily while drinking.

The customer service was good. They did not inform me that the ice machine was broken, which was a positive point.

We had to remind the staff twice to place our order correctly, and ended up having to give them our order again in order for it to be done accurately. It was a bit frustrating experience.

My fiancée today ordered a 6 piece nugget eating and when she came home, she discovered that they have their 3 raw meat patties and they still do not get their nuggets. she is not a dog, if they do not want to serve her, then they should have said to close her or something, but that is very unconfirmed and very evil to give a customer. that is very unacceptable.

Used the kiosk to place order and that went fine but then I was Ignored. Never came with my order. Had to go ask for it after a long wait with no receipt from kiosk... No sauce no customer service at all...
