Great place on the river. We visited Jam on the Red and had a great experience. All were satisfied with food and drink choices (even if the drinks prices are $2-3 higher than most places). Guests can enjoy extended evening hours.

Excellent! Pig sliders tasted great and the staff made a wonderful task to accept the nutrition of my little child due to allergies.

Nice place to sit on the Red River and eat. They have great outdoor seats and foggies outside. It's right behind the aquarium.

The atmosphere of this restaurant is unbeatable, especially on a lovely day when the building opens up to the outdoor seating, allowing you to soak in the greenery and surroundings. The food was enjoyable as well. Salt features a unique menu that I would describe as a blend of classic comfort and convenience (the loaded fries are definitely not to be missed) — an interesting combination! I can't wait to visit again soon. Thank you!

I opted for the shrimp flatbread for $12, and it was worth every penny! It was bursting with flavor, cheesy, and generously topped with shrimp. If I had to suggest one minor improvement, it would be to have the bread a tad thicker, but overall, it was very good. Lastly, my wife ordered the grouper, priced around $25, which came with roasted potatoes and a medley of squash, zucchini, and mushrooms. This dish was outstanding! Everything about it, from the portion size to the flavor, was excellent. We will definitely return to enjoy outdoor dining and explore more menu options. The manager checked in on us, our waitress ensured our drinks were always topped up, and the food was exquisite. I can't see how anyone could go wrong here!
