Starbucks - Shreveport

Best Baristas ever! Sure miss the Baristas they had a year ago. Now my Venti Flat white with an extra shot of expresso tastes like a a cup of milk. What happened?? Haven't been in a year. To expensive for a cup of warm milk. Miss the old Baristas.

Got my Carmel ribbon crunch frappuccino like always lol everyone was super helpful and friendly. It was such a nice day today so I sat outside it was lovely ?

Staff acted as if we weren't there when we walked in. We stood at the counter a long while until one of the three employees waited on us. The batista acted as if we were inconveniencing him. This was not my best Starbuc k s experience.

Since 2020, the quality of service has greatly improved. However, you may still have to wait about 30 minutes in the driveway.

Thank you so much to the barista for noticing that I had two dogs in the car and offering them some treats before I even had to ask! They really enjoyed them! It was just what they needed after their vet check-up. As always, I loved my caramel frappuccino!
