Well Fed Louisiana - Shreveport

This is a fantastic vegan restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch. They occasionally offer incredible dinner specials that are definitely worth experiencing. The sticky tofu was outstanding, and the coconut cake was absolutely heavenly!

My sister and I visited this restaurant for the first time on Wednesday, August 4th, 2021, for lunch. She ordered the açaí bowl and a brownie, while I opted for the chickpea salad sandwich. The atmosphere of this place is absolutely adorable! My sister was amazed that the brownies were vegan, and she couldn’t even finish her açaí bowl because the portion was so generous (and she’s a competitive swimmer!). The chickpea salad sandwich tasted incredibly fresh. We will definitely be back! My sister mentioned that dining here inspired her to try the vegan options available at her university's dining halls!

Absolutely delicious! Thank you for offering such healthy and tasty plant-based food options! I ordered takeout, and the process was straightforward. Even though the area is quite busy, there was plenty of parking. I was so eager to dive into my meal that I forgot to take a picture, but I promise I will next time! The BBQ sandwich was fantastic; I love that the restaurant is located in an old house, and picking up my order was a breeze. The staff were friendly, and the food was great! Plus, they have a variety of takeout options, including freshly bottled cold-pressed juice!

The baked cookies lemon sugar and fig thumbprint were a little pricey $3 ea. but were so good and filling. The employees were also very kind and helpful. Happy to support a local vegan business ????

Love the avocado toast! Also took some cold pressed juice for our trip. Very clean and nice ambiance! I?ll be back next time I visit this cute town again.
