Whataburger - Shreveport

The food was excellent, and the service was outstanding. What more can I say? It was truly a fantastic experience!

The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The manager is wonderful and isn't hesitant to come out from behind the counter to address any concerns you may have.

I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich was topped with white cheese and green hatch chiles, which was delicious. Unfortunately, the fries arrived soggy and cold. I mentioned this to the attendant, and she promptly brought me a fresh batch within a minute. What excellent service! Everything else was outstanding as well. They even offer both Diet Coke and Diet Dr. Pepper. I would definitely return—10/10!

Our experience at Noah's was outstanding. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted, and Noah asked about our day. He was both professional and very friendly. The rest of the staff was equally wonderful, regularly checking in on us and holding the doors open. Noah truly went above and beyond with our order; he even stayed at our table to ensure everything was correct. The food was fantastic, but the service was even better!

The staff is very hardworking, and the double cheeseburger is excellent. They provide fast service and are quick to correct any mistakes with your order.
